How long will it take to get my goods?
If we could, we would snap our fingers, blink our eyes and teleport your order straight to your doorstep. But, alas, until such technology exists, we are a small shop working our hearts out to get your goods to you as soon as possible. We are delighted at the overwhelming response to our shop (#feministsareeverywhere), but please bear with us as we work as fast as we can to get shipments out the door! Generally, orders are fulfilled within one week of being received and shipping takes about 3-5 days.
What's the difference between standard shipping and priority shipping?
Standard shipping takes about 3-5 days. Priority takes about 1-3 days.
What happens if tracking shows my package was delivered but I haven't received it?
This is a super bummer situation and we hate when this happens. Unfortunately, we can't be responsible for packages once they've been noted as delivered. We are happy to file a missing mail claim on your behalf which occasionally results in the package surfacing. If you suspect it's gone missing due to foul play, we encourage you to file a claim with your credit card company. If you decide to place a new order, let us know and we'll try to get it to you fast.
How much is being donated and to whom?
Each item we sell is associated with a particular women's empowerment organization. Some examples include Planned Parenthood and The Malala Fund. The donation percentage for each item ranges from 15%-100% depending on the campaign. We will be releasing periodic statements that summarize how much we have been able to donate. (We can't wait for this part!)
What's your refund/exchange policy?
We accept returns on goods that are defective or damaged. We will also exchange clothing for a different size, in the same style, within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Can I visit you?
Yes! We have a pop-up right now in DC and would love to have you come by - we're here from 10am to 8pm every day (longer when we're making our rally signs :) ). Are you looking for a place to host an event during January to help organize and energize for 2017? Reach out to us!
When did you start The Outrage?
The idea for The Outrage hatched when we sat down together last spring to plan out the mission-forward apparel we wanted to make for ourselves. As we were brainstorming, it occurred to us that maybe more people than just us would be interested in our ideas. And so we set out on this grand adventure.
Why did you start The Outrage?
We like the idea of turning outrage into inspiration and action. We believe that mission, style and expression can be merged together into an exciting venture!
